REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Please email Meike Steffens if you need to cancel your registration. Cancellations received on or before August 28, 2025 will be refunded in the amount of 75% of the registration fee. Cancellations received after August 28 will be refunded in the amount of 25% of the registration fee. Registration transfers can be made at any time and will not incur a fee.
