CHEMCAD expert and process design consultant Ben Horwitz will lead a three-day workshop that covers the basics of CHEMCAD and then takes participants into the finer points of working with entire processes in a simulation. In this hands-on course, you will be guided through a series of real-world process scenarios, first building basic CHEMCAD flowsheets and then using built-in tools to simulate different conditions and analyze the results to best answer the engineering problem. Having mastered the basics of CHEMCAD, you will then learn to use plant data in process flowsheets, work with continuous and batch processes, avoid common simulation pitfalls, and perform advanced work with heat exchangers, controllers, and electrolytes.
About the Presenter
