CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received on or before September 2, 2025, will be refunded minus an administrative charge of 25% of the gross registration fee. Cancellations received after September 2 will not be eligible for a refund. Registration transfers can be made at any time prior to August 26, 2025, and will not incur a fee.
