CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received up to two weeks before the start date of the training will be refunded minus an administrative charge of 25% of the gross registration fee. Cancellations received less than two weeks before the start date of the training will not be eligible for a refund. Registration transfers can be made at any time, but at least two weeks before the start date of the training, and will not incur a fee.
